Reservation requests

Submitting a reservation or custom installation request through this website is a request, not a completed purchase. No payment is collected on this site. All reservations, installation dates, add-ons, and pricing are confirmed by email before any order is final.

Availability & service area

We primarily serve Austin and the surrounding communities, and our installation calendar is limited and seasonal. We’ll confirm whether your property is within our current service area when we respond to your request.

Natural products

Pumpkins and gourds are natural products. Their longevity depends on weather, sun exposure, moisture, wildlife, and the condition of the display area, and their appearance may change over the season.
